What to include
- Event date and timings
- Rough site type (open field, woodland, town centre, mixed)
- Approximate number of staff or volunteers needing communications
- Whether you need radios, Wi-Fi, operational support, or a mix
- Any known constraints (limited power, limited mobile coverage)
